OBJECTIONS AND APPEALS

METHODS OF MAKING COMPLAINTS:

3. By email to prodaja@leonebalkan.rs
4. In writing or on a permanent record carrier by sending by mail or courier services.

If the complaint is justified, that is, there is a certain problem with our product, the transport costs are borne by “Leone Balkan d.o.o.”.

The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint sheet, in writing or electronically.

The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the day the complaint is submitted. If it is not possible to resolve the complaint within that period, we offer the customer the option of a refund or exchange for another new product.
