– that the basic features and characteristics of the goods can be found on the website www.leone1947.rs

– that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 62/2014), a purchase via the sales website www.leone1947.rs is considered a distance sale.

– that the goods sold via the website www.leone1947.rs possess the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose, which is defined in the Declaration;

– that the conformity of the goods with the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined by the corresponding product declaration;

– that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item and the same applies to online purchases

– that the delivery service is free for orders over RSD 7,000.00, while for orders under RSD 7,000.00 a postage fee is charged according to the following package weights:

up to 2 kg – 480.00 dinars
from 2 kg to 3 kg – 480.00 dinars
from 3 kg to 5 kg – 520.00 dinars
from 5 kg to 10 kg – 590.00 dinars
for packages over 10 kg, it is necessary to check the dimensions of the package with the courier service in order to confirm the possibility of picking up the package
– that we deliver the purchased goods via the GLS courier service, in the manner defined by the contract

– that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website www.leone1947.rs;

– that the consumer can pay for goods purchased via the website www.leone1947.rs by cash on delivery at the time of delivery;

– that the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods by pressing the CONFIRM button when creating the purchase order;

– that in case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that the size is not appropriate, the consumer has the right to exchange the article within 14 days for another size, in the manner defined.

– that in the case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that he wants to exchange the article for another article, which may be larger, smaller or in the same price category than the one previously ordered, the consumer can exchange the article within 14 days in the manner defined.

– that in case of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, he has the right to withdraw from the contract and return funds in the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days in the manner defined.

EXCHANGE OF SIZE AND EXCHANGE OF ITEM FOR ANOTHER
If you have tried the item after receiving it and found that the size does not suit you or you want to exchange the item for another, please follow the procedures described below.

After that, a physical check is made to see if the requested size is available, i.e. the desired article, after which you will receive instructions to your email address where the entire process of exchanging the size for the appropriate one, or exchanging the article for another, will be explained to you. You cannot send the ordered item without prior contact and agreement with the customer support operators via the call or e-mail message listed above, on your own initiative, to the addresses listed on the shipping invoice.

REPLACEMENT DEADLINE
The deadline for changing the size of the article or exchanging it for another is 14 days from the moment of submission of the request by the customer, and after receiving the product.

REPLACEMENT COSTS
The direct costs of replacing the goods are borne by the consumer, except in cases where the consumer receives a defective or wrong product from the trader.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT
NOTICES FROM ARTICLE 27 OF THE LAW ON CONSUMER PROTECTION

The consumer/buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises of the seller, by filling out a declaration of withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance, no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the ordered goods by the buyer, without any explanation.

Also, the customer can cancel the purchase and request a refund if the product is not delivered within the agreed time or due to the non-conformity of the delivered item.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, he is released from all obligations, except for the obligation to pay the costs of returning the goods.

For the product, i.e. products, which the customer returns, is obliged to return the invoice and a completed declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

If the buyer agrees, the seller “Leone Balkan” is obliged to exchange the product, which the buyer is not satisfied with, for another product or to return the amount paid by the buyer under the contract, no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from contract.

The buyer is responsible for the reduced value of the goods, which occurred as a result of inadequate handling of the goods, i.e. if the goods are physically and mechanically damaged, if they have been treated with chemical means and thus damaged, or if they have been inadequately assembled by an unprofessional person and thus their value is reduced.

METHOD OF REFUND
In relation to how the product was paid for and in agreement with the buyer, the money can be refunded by payment to the buyer’s current account or sent via postal services no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration form on the cancellation of the purchase and return of the goods.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
You can pay for all products ordered online, via the website, email or phone in the following way:

1. Cash on delivery – when the package arrives at your desired address, it is sent directly to the courier in cash.
2. By Virman payment for legal entities – according to the invoice that we will send by email after processing the order
3. With a general payment slip before sending the goods for natural persons

COMPLIANCE AND COMPLAINTS
All items from our offer have certificates of conformity.
The warranty period for all products purchased from us is 24 months.

If, within 24 months, a non-conformity or defect is found on a product purchased from us, please file a complaint so that the process of solving it can be started in a timely manner. In order to start the complaint process, you must also fill out and send the complaint form.

If the complaint is justified, that is, there is a certain problem with our product, the transport costs are borne by “Leone Balkan d.o.o.”.

The deadline for responding to a complaint is 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint sheet, in writing or electronically.

The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the day the complaint is submitted. If it is not possible to resolve the complaint within that period, we offer the customer the option of a refund or exchange for another new product.

PRICE, AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
All prices on this site are in dinars. VAT is included in the price of the product. “Leone Balkan d.o.o.” uses all its resources so that all items on this site are shown to you with the correct names, specifications and prices. “Leone Balkan d.o.o.” reserves the right to change the price of the product, if there was a gross error in the calculation of the price, if the changes were not updated, etc.

The amount in the basket does not include delivery costs, which you pay according to the weight of the shipment and according to the official price lists of express mail in Serbia. We do not send goods outside the borders of Serbia.

Delivery prices do not depend on the place of delivery, but only on the weight of the package:

– package up to 2 kg – 480.00 din.
– package from 2 kg to 3 kg – 480.00 din.
– package from 3 kg to 5 kg – 520.00 din.
– package from 5 to 10 kg – 590.00 din.

Shipping prices are fixed according to weight, regardless of whether they are redeemable or not.

If you have a contract or simply want other fast mail, just mention it in the order notes.

Products ordered on the website www.leone1947.rs are delivered within 1 to 7 days, depending on when the order was created, the payment method itself, and the delivery plan of the courier service for the given delivery point. If one of the ordered products is not in stock at the moment, the customer will be informed by phone, SMS or email, if the inventory is expected to be renewed, if it suits the customer, a later delivery time will be agreed upon.

A PACKAGE THAT WAS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
The ordered products, each individually, are additionally strengthened before sending the review, i.e. it is packed in additional packaging, it is additionally provided with styrofoam, cardboard, so that breakage does not occur, but it happens that it is damaged or broken during transport.

If a package arrives at your address, the packaging of which is visibly damaged, torn, bruised, react immediately, report it to the courier and make a report. However, if the package was delivered without damage, but when opening the package you notice defects on the purchased product, you must report the damage to us and the courier service within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the package, so that we can react in a timely manner and start the complaint procedure. The courier service is obliged to make a record of damage to the shipment.

“Leone Balkan d.o.o.” upon receipt of the damaged package, you as the customer will replace the damaged product with another new product at our cost of delivery.
